“Jefferson / …” areas are co-enrollment zones where a neighborhood is shared between Jefferson High School and a paired comprehensive school; their school figures are Jefferson's. Benson Polytechnic and other focus-option schools enroll citywide and have no neighborhood boundary; they appear in the ranked list but not on the map.

School figures: enrollment, per-student funding, students per staff FTE, expenditures, and year-over-year budget change are compiled from the PPS budget documents and Oregon Department of Education enrollment reports; 2026–27 figures are from the proposed budget.

Enrollment minimum: the 1,100-student threshold is from PPS's Jefferson Is Rising boundary process (2025): “All high schools will have an enrollment of greater than 1100 students” ( engagement series, slide 12). The enrollment scenario summary scores each boundary scenario on the share of high schools above 1,100, with a target of 100%. See Jefferson Is Rising.
